Payment/Membership Fees Instructions:

A onetime payment for new membership of Rs. 5000/- and a subsequent annual fees of Rs. 800/- .
This amount can be sent by a Cheque/Draft in favor of: "Knitwear Club (Regd.), Ludhiana."
Please take a printout of the following enrollment form and mail the filled along with the Cheque / Draft to Knitwear Club (Regd.), IInd floor, Sutlej Towers, Civil Lines, Ludhiana.
